By accessing or using AI Financial Advisor, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AI Financial Advisor is a personal finance management application that allows you to:

• Track income, expenses, and transfers
• Create and monitor budgets
• Set and track financial goals
• View analytics and reports
• Receive AI-powered financial insights (Pro feature)
• Sync data across devices via iCloud (Pro feature)

3. Account and Subscriptions

3.1 Free Version

The free version of AI Financial Advisor provides limited access to features, including:

• 1 account
• 2 budgets
• 5 categories
• 3 tags
• Basic calendar and analytics

3.2 Pro Subscription

AI Financial Advisor Pro offers additional features for a subscription fee:

• Monthly: $2.99 per month
• Yearly: $19.99 per year

3.3 Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods, and we will provide notice of price changes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate financial information for your own use
• Keep your device and app secure
• Not use the app for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Be solely responsible for your financial decisions

5. Financial Disclaimer

• All financial suggestions are for informational purposes only
• AI-generated insights are based on the data you provide and may not be accurate
• You should consult qualified professionals for financial, tax, or legal advice
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on app information
• Past performance data does not guarantee future results

6. AI Features

If you use AI-powered features:

• AI responses are generated by third-party services (OpenAI)
• AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated information
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses
• You must provide your own OpenAI API key to use AI features

7. Data and Privacy

• Your financial data is stored locally on your device
• With Pro, you may optionally sync data via iCloud
• We do not have access to your financial data
• You are responsible for backing up your data

8. Intellectual Property

AI Financial Advisor, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use our trademarks without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
• We are not liable for data loss, financial losses, or decisions made using the app
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Financial Advisor, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time
• We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately
• Subscription cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
